Prices for your summer and winter holiday in the Dolomites

Prices are per person per day for a minimum stay of 7 days.
The price includes:

• Overnight stay with hearty breakfast
• Use of the ski room with ski boot dryer
• Mountain shoe dryer
• Private parking

We would like to remind our guests that a local tax of €2.80 per person and day (from 14 years) will be charged in addition to the indicated prices.

• On the arrival day the rooms will be available from 2 pm. If you plan to arrive after 7 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
• You have free access to our Wi-Fi connection throughout our house, just ask for the access data.
• Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the house.
• Accepted payment modalities: bank transfer (prior to your arrival), cash, debit and credit card.

• The reservation is regarded as binding only after the payment of a deposit by bank transfer or credit card.
• A cancellation sounds and is unpleasant for all people involved. We inform you that in case of cancellation the deposit can not be returned and we count on your understanding.
• In case of late arrival or early departure the entire amount of the booked stay will be charged.

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated (notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code)) – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
In the event of a cancellation up to 3 months before the booked arrival date, no additional cancellation fees will be applied, only the deposit will be retained.
Otherwise the following cancellation fees will be charged:

• From 3 to 1 month before the arrival date 40 % of the total price of your stay.
• From 1 month to one week before the arrival date 70 % of the total price of your stay.
• Within one week before the arrival date 90 % of the total price of your stay.

Our experience shows that despite you are now looking forward to your holiday, unexpected things can cross your plans.
To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend protecting yourself against cancellation or termination as well as rescue costs (including helicopter) with the Reisestorno Schutz. To conclude easily:

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.

• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
